We required for all our personnel to undergo finger prints criminal background checks from the Agency of Health Care Administration, (AHCA).

- Professional License / HHA Certificate

- CPR Certificate / Card

- Driver's License

- Auto Insurance

- High School Diploma or College Degree

- Malpractice Insurance

- FDLE Level II Background Screening, completed

-Medical Exam / Physical

-TB test results, skin, preferred: QuantiFeron TB Gold or

chest X ray results,

-Company information, if working under a Corporation of LLC.

CERTIFICATES

- Alzheimer's

- AIDS,

- HIV

- Home Health Aids/ CNA 12 hours of continuing education per year.
