Celia M Collado has over 25 years experience in home Health administration. Co-founded Nova Rehabilitation in 2001 with her husband Carlos G Collado, and successfully expanded the organization into Nova Care Agency adding skilled nursing and personal care services to better serve patients and families.
Her leadership has been instrumental in improving customer services, operational efficiency and overall quality of care,
Celia is deeply commitment to provide excellent customer service and ensuring accessibility for all patients, family and staff. She strive to maintain open communication and supportive environment and making quality of care a top priority.
David R Perez Cruz, APRN
Director of Nursing
At Nova Care Agency our Director of Nursing, David R Perez Cruz, APRN is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and Advance Practice Register Nurse with Over 20 years medical experience. He also a physician trained in Habana, Cuba, bringing a strong clinical foundation and extensive knowledge in patient care.
David R Perez has proven a ability to interpret diagnostic studies and manage a wide range of medical conditions. His experience allows him to deliver compassionate, effective and patient care-centered care to individuals of all ages.
Through his continues leadership and continuous quality of care ,he ensure that every patient receives safe, reliable and personalize care.
